Mars at Toco, 2007. Light like this occurs only occasionally, and then lasts for but a few seconds to a few minutes. On this day, the red glow lasted for an eternity: two minutes. Most Trinidadians will never see this occur in their respective lifetimes, not that it is a moment so rare, but rather, that to many of us, it is an irrelevance: we have got more important things to do.
